Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I absolutely recommend this hotel for a stay in Madrid. The rooms have always been clean and very spacious, even though I booked a non-smoking room but got one for smoking. The service was top-notch - the staff was always helpful and friendly, going out of their way to accommodate our early check-in request after a tiring flight to Mad Cool. They were also very responsive to emails before our arrival. The location was perfect, near the metro and a large shopping center, making it convenient for transit. However, it's not ideal for exploring Madrid's main attractions due to its distance. The dining experience was disappointing, but the room makes up for it. Overall, I had a great stay!
The hotel rooms were more than spacious enough to fit my 2 kids and 2 adults, but it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't adjust the temperature ourselves, which made it a bit uncomfortable. The service was friendly, welcoming, and polite, making it a pleasant stay overall. The location was decent, being close to the airport and convention center but a bit far from the city center. The dining options were rather poor with limited choices, and the facilities were nice.
The hotel is quite close to the airport, making it convenient for travelers, but the location offers limited exploration options beyond the immediate area. The rooms were clean, but on the smaller side for accommodating more than 3 people. The service was efficient and friendly, though there were some instances of loud communication at the reception desk. The dining experience was enjoyable with good buffet options. The worn carpet near the lifts on the first floor was a downside to the otherwise well-kept facilities.
The hotel's location near Real Madrid Football Practice Facility and the spacious rooms with a wooden bath, blackout curtains, and comfortable amenities made for a pleasant stay. The smoking room mix-up was a small inconvenience, but overall, our sleep quality was excellent.
The hotel had excellent rooms that I would recommend for a stay in Madrid, although it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't adjust the temperature ourselves, leading to a stuffy feel at times.
The hotel offers very comfortable and spacious rooms with large beds on the lower floors, and the service is exceptional, with friendly and professional staff attentive to guests' needs. Despite being a bit inconvenient for some, the location is ideal for those attending the Mad Cool festival in Madrid. The dining experience, while decent with Spanish breakfast items and some home comforts, may not fully meet everyone's expectations. Additional facilities and services enhance the overall value of the stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and sparkling clean, but it was disappointing that we couldn't adjust the temperature, making it a bit stuffy. The absence of a minibar was also a downside. Nevertheless, the beds were very comfortable and the overall cleanliness was top-notch.
The hotel has a good size rooms that are well-appointed and comfortable, although it was disappointing that we couldn't set our own temperature. The service was great and extremely helpful, with staff well-trained on new procedures. The location may not be near the center and lacks nearby attractions, but it is close to the Real Madrid Football Practice Facility. The dining options are good but pricing may vary. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were of a very good standard, with a wooden bath adding a nice touch, and blackout curtains for a peaceful rest. However, a water boiler for tea and coffee was missed. The room was spacious and well-appointed, offering good value for the price.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very well equipped, beautiful, and upscale, but it was disappointing that we couldn't set our own temperature, making it a bit stuffy. The service was accommodating and efficient, especially at check-in. The location was suitable for the airport with nearby restaurants but not ideal for sightseeing. The dining was incredible with a variety of delicious options. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
